Home Inspections - $300.00 Complete Exterior and Inspection

Code Compliance/Enforcement Inspections - $150.00 Inspection is based on the Min. Property Standards of the City/County the property is located in. (Don't get fine for not meeting min housing standards!! Cost of inspection is less than the min fee!!!) We will also provide an estimate to the property owner to correct any code violations.

Rental Inspections - $75.00 Are you an out of state or busy landlord and curious about how your tenants are maintaining your property? Don't guess schedule your Annual or Semi-Annual inspection today!

Draw Inspections/ Construction Draw - $40.00-70.00 (Per Visit to Site) Required by Lending Institutions to determine the amount of work completed at a construction site so that the Borrower (a Construction Company or Home Builder) can draw on their loan.

USDA Rural Development Inspection -
$175.00 (for existing homes).  It is important to note that this is NOT a full home inspection, but simply an inspection of those items requiring inspection and comment that is required by the lender prior to granting Georgia rural development loans.  If the client wants a complete inspection done in conjunction with this inspection, this fee will be applied toward that of a full and complete home inspection.

Field Inspection to Verify Occupancy - $100.00 will visit property up to two times to verify occupancy. Will interview neighbors to confirm whether or not property is occupied if occupant does not answer.

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure Inspection - $250.00 On the transfer date, Inspector will meet mortgagor at the property to verify the property condition, including whether appliances remain at the property, utilities have been maintained, all debris removed, etc. and the notation of any property damages

Fannie Mae Form 30 Property Inspection - $200.00 For Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) loans, as designated by the Client, SRH and Associates will visually inspect the property in accordance with the current inspection requirements of Fannie Mae.

Insurance Loss Inspection -  Email for Quote  This inspection will review and assess both the existing damages at a property and the percentage of repairs completed. Full and Limited Inspections are are available.


Insurance Loss Completion Inspection - Email for Quote This inspection will help to ensure that insurance claims funds for damaged properties were appropriately utilized to repair and improve the subject property. This protects the value of the collateral insured.


Collateral/Asset/Adjustment Field Inspection - $60.00-$70.00 Inspection includes verifying collateral/asset including description, condition along with photographic documentation and a Field Report which includes all of the information retrieved during the field inspection. Letter will left at premises for customer regarding account and/or collateral/asset.


Verification Inspections - $60.00-$70.00 Need something verified at a property? Need proof of clean ups, yard service, Did agent actually turn on utilities and/or they living up to their agreement with the marketing or management of a property, etc. We can complete a Verification inspection, take then send photographic proof work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Cost Approach/Replacement Cost Inspection and Report - $300.00 Inspector/Appraiser will accurately measure the subject property and complete an thorough inspection noting any additions, upgrades and/or repairs. A complete report will be submitted to client based on Marshall and Swift* cost data and/or current construction cost for the market area in which the property is located. *Marshall & Swift acts as the eyes and ears of the real estate cost valuation industry.
