Fees:
Document Research and Retrieval/ Courthouse Trip- $75.00 (plus cost of copies) This is a designated document that needs to be retrieved at a court house for a specific situation. It includes, property titles, liens, etc. Whether its for your Document Recovery and Control Department, Acquisitions or Payoff Departments, we will research and retrieve either a plain or county certified copy of any recorded mortgage, deed under power, warranty deed deed of trust, assignment or document requested.
Retrieval of Covenants and Restrictions - $75.00 (plus cost of copies) If the property is located in a planned urban development, there will be covenants and restrictions recorded at the court house.
Code Compliance/Zoning Research- $160.00 (Turnaround 5 days or less) Completion day will be confirmed when assignment is accepted.
Probate Research - $100.00 (Will include report from Probate of all information found or of search attempted).
Title Research/Current Owner - $75.00 (Will include information regarding CURRENT owner of record, liens and other recorded documents.) *Please noted fee includes Certified Deed, any other paperwork retrieved is .50 per copy.
Code Compliance/Zoning/Probate/Title Research - $350.00 (will include ALL services above listed in Fee Section.)
